Ilmanvaihtojärjestelmien huolto ja suodattimien vaihdot[E16]

Kiinteistö Oy Auroranlinna pyytää tarjouksia kiinteistöjensä ilmanvaihtojärjestelmien (IV-järjestelmien) huollosta ja suodattimien vaihdosta. Hankittavan palvelun sisältö on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnöllä ja sen liitteissä, erityisesti liitteessä "Palvelukuvaus". Tarjottavan palvelun keskeinen sisältö on seuraava: • Ilmanvaihtoventtiilien ja kanaviston puhdistaminen, • ilmansuodattimien vaihto ja puhdistaminen ja • ilmanvaihdon säätäminen Hankinta on jaettu kahteen (2) osa-alueeseen. Osa-alueet ovat: 1. Länsi 2. Itä Tilaaja valitsee osa-alueelle 1 yhden (1) toimittajan ja osa-alueessa 2 yhden (1) toimittajan, joiden kanssa se tekee puitesopimukset. Tarjoaja voi jättää tarjouksen molempiin osa-alueisiin, mutta voi tulla valituksi vain toiseen osa-alueeseen osa-alueeseen. Osa-alueille valitut toimittajat toimivat toistensa varatoimittajina toisella osa-alueella, eli niiltä voidaan tilata töitä toisen osa-alueen osalta, mikäli kyseisen osa-alueen työmäärä osoittautuu hetkellisesti liian suureksi yhden toimittajan resursseille. Osa-alueisiin kuuluvat kiinteistökohteet on lueteltu tarjouspyynnön liitteissä "KOy Auroranlinna Kiinteistöt Itä" ja "KOy Auroranlinna Kiinteistöt Länsi". Lisäksi tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevassa zip-kansiossa "Asunto- ja kiinteistökohtaiset ilmanvaihdon tiedot"on kerrottu lisätietoja kunkin kohteen ilmanvaihdon tekniikasta. Puitesopimus on voimassa määräaikaisena kaksi (2) vuotta, ellei puitejärjestely lakkaa sitä aiemmin sen johdosta, että puitejärjestelyn enimmäisarvo on saavutettu.
