About the requirement

From the notice

Оплата здійснюється після фактичного отримання Товару на підставі рахунків, накладних, рахунків-фактури. Покупець зобов’язується сплатити за товар на протязі 15 (п’ятнадцяти) календарних днів з дати постачання Товарів на склад Покупцю. Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) товарів: до 31.12.2026 року. Поставка товару Продавцем здійснюється протягом семи робочих днів з дня подачі заявки Покупцем. Відповідно до абз. 3 п. 2 постанови КМУ від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178 замовникам забороняється здійснювати публічні закупівлі товарів походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран. Країнами походження товарів, запропонованих учасниками, не можуть бути вищевказані країни.[E5]
