Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej na zagospodarowanie wnętrza podwórzowego położonego we Wrocławiu w obrębie ulic Nowowiejskiej, Jedności Narodowej, Daszyńskiego, Żeromskiego (dz. nr ewid.: 34, 38, 39/4, 47/3, 47/4, 48/2, 56/4, i 57 AM 11 obręb Plac Grunwaldzki ) Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje: 1) wykonanie i przekazanie Zamawiającemu dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej na zagospodarowanie wnętrza podwórzowego wraz z niezbędnymi uzgodnieniami, w zakresie szczegółowo opisanym w wytycznych do opracowania dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej, 2) uzyskanie i przekazanie Zamawiającemu dla wnętrza podwórzowego decyzji Wydziału Architektury i Zabytków Urzędu Miasta Wrocławia (zwanego dalej WAiZ UM) pozwolenia na budowę wraz z potwierdzeniem złożenia wniosku w WAiZ UM o wydanie zaświadczenia, że decyzja stała się ostateczna/ uzyskanie i przekazanie Zamawiającemu zaświadczenia o braku podstaw do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec zamiaru wykonania robót budowlanych zgodnie z art. 30 ust. 5aa ustawy Prawo budowlane, 3) pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego w trakcie realizacji robót budowlanych i wykonania zieleni objętych opracowaną dokumentacją.[E7]
