Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens ist die Verlängerung der bestehenden 5.111 Stk. Citrix Universal Hybrid Multi Cloud Lizenzen um weitere 36 Monate sowie die Erweiterung um 2.389 Citrix Universal Hybrid Multi Cloud - Use Case Add-on Lizenzen für ebenfalls 36 Monate. Das Volumen ist auf 5.111 Stk. Citrix Universal Hybrid Multi Cloud Lizenzen sowie 2.389 Citrix Universal Hybrid Multi Cloud - Use Case Add-on Lizenzen fixiert. Die derzeitigen Lizenzen 5.111 Stk. Citrix Universal Hybrid Multi Cloud laufen zum 20.12.2026 aus. Die Verlängerung und Erweiterung müssen nahtlos erfolgen. Die Verlängerung erfolgt um 3 weitere Jahre. Vertragsbeginn ist ab Zuschlagserteilung. Die vertragsgegenständlichen Lizenzen sind zum 21.12.2026 bereitzustellen, sodass ein nahtloser Übergang gewährleistet ist. Der Auftraggeber verpflichtet sich, alle im Leistungsverzeichnis genannten Lizenzen bis spätestens eine Woche nach Zuschlagserteilung zu beauftragen. Der Vertrag endet mit Ablauf der beschafften Lizenzen, am 20.12.2029.[E7]
