CREDENCIAMENTO de pessoas jurídicas especializadas na prestação de serviços de manutenção predial (corretiva e preventiva de pequeno porte) e reparos diversos, visando atender às necessidades das Secretarias e Fundos Municipais de Faxinal dos Guedes/SC. Os serviços compreendem a disponibilização de mão de obra qualificada, fornecimento de ferramental completo, equipamentos de proteção individual (EPIs) e coletivos (EPCs), além de todo o suporte logístico necessário para a execução das atividades, que abrangem as seguintes especialidades: Instalações Elétricas: Eletricista e Auxiliar de Eletricista; Construção Civil e Reparos Estruturais: Pedreiro e Servente de Pedreiro; Acabamento: Pintor; Ofícios Especializados: Marceneiro, Carpinteiro, Metalúrgico e Serralheiro; Hidráulica: Encanador; Manutenção de Coberturas e Fachadas: Lavagem predial, limpeza de telhados e desobstrução de calhas; Apoio Logístico: Locação de plataforma elevatória (com operador, conforme termo de referência).[E4]
