Hankinnan kohteena on valokuvauspalvelut. Palveluissa on kyse erilaisten ja eri laajuisten valokuvakokonaisuuksien yhtenäisestä ja tarkoituksenmukaisesta toteuttamisesta Helsingin kaupungin visuaalista ilmettä ja valokuvaohjeistoa noudattaen. Hankinnasta muodostetaan puitejärjestely seuraaville osa-alueille: • Osa-alue 1: Arkkitehtuuri, rakennettu ympäristö ja maisemakuvaus • Osa-alue 2: Viestintä- ja markkinointikuvat sisältäen tapahtumakuvauksen • Osa-alue 3: Kuvauksen projektikokonaisuudet Helsingin kaupungin viestintä pohjautuu kaupunkistrategiaan ja kaupungin brändikonseptiin. Viestinnän kohderyhmänä ovat kaupunkilaiset, kaupungin henkilöstö sekä erilaiset sidosryhmät kotimaassa ja kansainvälisesti. Helsingin kaupunki käyttää viestinnässään eri kohderyhmiä puhuttelevia kanavia ja sisältöjä. Valokuvia käytetään sisäisessä ja ulkoisessa viestinnässä ja markkinoinnissa kuten painotuotteissa, digitaalisilla alustoilla, toimistosovelluksissa, tuotteissa ja ulkoisen mainonnan kanavissa. Kuvaukset toteutetaan Helsingin kaupungin visuaalista ilmettä ja valokuvaohjeistoa sekä kuvauslupasopimuksia noudattaen. Mikäli tilaajalla on käytössään Helsingin visuaalisen ilmeen ohjeistosta poikkeava ohjeisto, tilaaja määrittää toimeksiannossa ohjeiston, jota sovelletaan. Palvelun käyttäjinä on Helsingin kaupungin Kulttuurin ja vapaa-ajan toimiala. Hankinnan arvioitu arvonlisäveroton kokonaisarvo 48 kuukauden sopimuskaudella on korkeintaan 490 000 euroa.
