Objet de la mission L'objectif général de la mission est de recruter un cabinet spécialisé chargé d'assurer, de manière indépendante, objective et rigoureuse, la vérification de l'atteinte des Indicateurs Liés au Décaissement (ILD) du Programme, conformément aux dispositions de l'Accord de Financement et aux protocoles de vérification applicables.
