Crédit IDA n 71210 Intitulé : Recrutement d'un consultant individuel Spécialiste en Communication du PAAEP . Le Gouvernement de la République de Madagascar, par le biais du Ministère de l'Eau, de l'Assainissement et l'Hygiène a reçu un crédit de l'Association Internationale de Développement (IDA), dans le cadre de mise en uvre du Projet d'Amélioration de l'Accès à l'Eau Potable (PAAEP), et a l'intention d'utiliser une partie du montant de ce crédit pour effectuer les paiements au titre du contrat suivant : Consultant Individuel Spécialiste en Communication du PAAEP . Le/la spécialiste en communication travaillera sous la supervision du Coordonnateur de l'UGP MEAH, et en étroite collaboration avec toute l'équipe des deux UGP du PAAEP. Il/Elle sera chargé/e de la supervision des prestations de l'agence de communication, quand celle-ci sera en place. L'UGP MEAH du projet invite les candidats admissibles à manifester leur intérêt à fournir leurs prestations pour la mission décrite ci-dessus.
