Le présent marché public de services a pour objet la désignation d’un auteur de projet chargé d’une mission complète relative à la restauration de l’église Saint-Jacques. Cette mission comprend notamment l’analyse et le suivi des études préalables, l’élaboration des dossiers d’exécution et des dossiers relatifs aux subsides à envoyer à la Région Wallonne, l’assistance à la passation des marchés de travaux ainsi que le suivi de l’exécution des travaux jusqu’à la réception définitive. La mission porte sur l’ensemble des disciplines nécessaires à la réalisation du projet, incluant l’architecture et la stabilité. Il s’agit d’un marché relevant du code CPV 71240000-2 (Services d’architecture, d’ingénierie et de planification).
