1. Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje odbiór odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości niezamieszkałych, pojemników ogólnodostępnych oraz obiektów gminnych (cmentarze) z terenu Gminy Sławno i transport do Instalacji Przetwarzania Odpadów Komunalnych w Gwiazdowie, gmina Sławno. 2. Szacunkowa ilość odpadów komunalnych: 1) metale i tworzywa sztuczne – 43 Mg, 2) opakowania szklane – 58 Mg, 3) papier i tektura – 13 Mg, 4) pozostałości po segregacji – 235 Mg. 3. Szacunkową liczbę i lokalizację nieruchomości, z których będą odbierane odpady komunalne zawiera załącznik nr 8 do SWZ (nieruchomości niezamieszkałe), 4. Lokalizacja obiektów gminnych i ilość pojemników: 1) cmentarz w Żukowie – 4 pojemniki x 1100 l, 2) cmentarz we Wrześnicy – 2 pojemniki x 1100 l, 3) cmentarz w Starym Krakowie – 2 pojemniki x 1100 l. 5. Kody odpadów: 1) 15 01 01 – opakowania z tektury i papieru, 2) 15 01 02 – opakowania z tworzyw sztucznych, 3) 15 01 06 – zmieszane odpady opakowaniowe, 4) 15 01 07 – opakowania ze szkła, 5) 20 01 01 – papier i tektura, 6) 20 01 39 – tworzywa sztuczne, 7) 20 03 01 – niesegregowane odpady komunalne. 6. System odbioru odpadów – pojemnikowy. 7. Rodzaje pojemników: 1) metale i tworzywa sztuczne – pojemnik żółty – min. 120 l, 2) opakowania szklane – pojemnik zielony – min. 120 l, 3) papier i tektura – pojemnik niebieski – min. 120 l, 4) pozostałości po segregacji: a) nieruchomości niezamieszkałe – od 120 l do 1100 l, b) obiekty gminne – min. 1100 l. 8.
