Die Stadt Laichingen im Alb-Donau-Kreis hat im Rahmen der Breitbandförderung der Bundesregierung im Betreibermodell ein passives Glasfasernetz errichtet. Der Netzbetrieb für Adresspunkte, welche im Zuge eines Vortriebs- und Synergieupgrades zu den ursprünglichen Förderbescheiden im WFP hinzugenommen worden sind, wird hiermit ausgeschrieben. Adresspunkte in weißen Flecken (einschließlich Gebietserweiterungen), Baulücken sowie Adresspunkte, die lediglich im Wege des Vortriebs auf Basis von Reservekapazitäten vorbereitet worden, sind kein Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung.[E7]
