Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zagospodarowanie odpadów, pochodzących z nieruchomości zamieszkałych z terenu Miasta i Gminy Nakło nad Notecią, poprzez przetransportowanie ich z Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK) lub stacji przeładunkowej w Rozwarzynie 40 do miejsca zagospodarowania i ich zagospodarowanie. Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie do odbioru z Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK) lub stacji przeładunkowej w Rozwarzynie 40 (gmina Nakło nad Notecią), transportu i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych pochodzących z nieruchomości zamieszkałych z terenu Miasta i Gminy Nakło nad Notecią. PSZOK w Rozwarzynie jest prowadzony przez Komunalne Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. z o.o. w Nakle nad Notecią. Przekazującym odpady pochodzące z terenu Gminy Nakło nad Notecią będzie odbierający odpady komunalne na podstawie odrębnej umowy świadczący usługi odbioru odpadów od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych.[E12]
