LOT 1 – Missions de contrôle technique pour la rénovation intérieure du bâtiment 5 sur le campus de Saint-Charles. Le projet concerne principalement le bâtiment 5 mais impactera aussi les bâtiments 6, 11 et 12 du site Saint-Charles (Campus Marseille Centre), situé en hypercentre de la ville de Marseille, à quelques minutes à pied de la gare TGV Saint-Charles. Entre 2022 et 2023, le bâtiment 5 fait l’objet d’une opération importante de rénovation pour en améliorer les performances énergétiques et le confort des usagers. Des travaux d’isolation des façades et de modernisation de certaines installations techniques (changement des menuiseries, ITI façade sud et ITE ailleurs, passage en VMC double flux des grandes salles de classe et TD) sont réalisés. La présente opération est comme une seconde phase qui s’attèle cette fois à l’intérieur des locaux, en recherchant une amélioration fonctionnelle et une meilleure adéquation des locaux aux activités universitaires, ainsi qu’une mise aux normes (normes IGH, sécurité incendie, accessibilité). Le bâtiment 12 étant imbriqué avec le bâtiment 5, il est intégré au projet à la fois fonctionnellement et techniquement. L’objet de l’opération est de regrouper dans ces deux bâtiments des locaux tertiaires modernisés pour plusieurs directions et services centraux d’amU, des locaux d’enseignement général et scientifique (salles banalisées, salles de TP Sciences, salles informatiques, laboratoires de langues), et des espaces de travail pour les étudiants et les enseignants.
