1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi zimowego utrzymania dróg wojewódzkich zarządzanych przez Zachodniopomorski Zarząd Dróg Wojewódzkich w Koszalinie na terenie działania Rejonu Dróg Wojewódzkich w Drawsku Pomorskim z podziałem na 4 zadania: Zadanie nr 1 - Łobez; Zadanie nr 2 - Drawsko Pomorskie; Zadanie nr 3 - Czaplinek; Zadanie nr 4 - Wałcz. Szczegółowa lokalizacja i zakres usług dla danego zadania określony jest w Rozdziale C SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia i w Formularzach cenowych (wzory 4.1 – 4.4) SWZ. 2. Wykonawca jest zobowiązany do realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia przy użyciu produktów ICT, usług ICT oraz procesów ICT odnośnie których nie wydano rekomendacji, o której mowa w art. 33 ust. 4 ustawy z dnia 5 lipca 2018r. o krajowym systemie cyberbezpieczeństwa, stwierdzającej ich negatywny wpływ na podstawowy interes bezpieczeństwa państwa, lub decyzji lub innego aktu w związku którym dany produkt ICT, usługa ICT lub konkretny proces ICT powinien zostać wycofany z użytkowania. 3. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość udzielenia zamówień podobnych, tj. zamówień z wolnej ręki o których mowa w art. 305 pkt 1 w zw. z art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7 ustawy – Prawo zamówień publicznych. 1) Zakres usług polega na powtórzeniu podobnych usług, zgodnych z przedmiotem zamówienia podstawowego; 2) Wartość usług ustala się w wysokości do kwoty netto: Zadanie nr 1 – 1 057 798,00 zł; Zadanie nr 2 – 1 629 400,00 zł; Zadanie nr 3 – 1 395 882,00 zł; Zadanie nr 4 – 1 965 297,00 zł. 3) Podstawą ustalenia warunków realizacji zamówienia podobnego jest umowa podstawowa oraz przeprowadzone z W…[E8]
