The Government of Mozambique (GOM) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Climate Resilient Roads for the North (CRRN), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for Consultancy Services for Supervision of the Construction of Substructures and Installation of Metallic Bridges in Nampula province hereafter designated the " Services ". 2. The project development objective is to improve climate-resilient road connectivity in the Northern provinces of Mozambique. The construction and installation of the above-mentioned bridges will be implemented over a period of 10 months. The works are expected to be packaged in lots considering differences in their locations. 3.
