目的: 販路拡大・海外展開をしたい / 研究開発・実証事業を行いたい / 資金繰りを改善したい 対象: 300名以下 補助率: 1/2 ■目的・概要 本助成金は、自社ブランドによる海外販路拡大を目指すに当たり、進出予定国において出願され権利化された第三者の有する商標又はその類似商標（以下「類似商標等」という。）がビジネスの障害になっている東京都内の中小企業者等に対して、当該障害となっている商標の取消や無効化に要する行政手続き及びそれに関する行政訴訟（民事訴訟は含まれない）の経費、これらの手続に伴う示談、和解、損害賠償等に関する弁護士・弁理士経費（ 示談、和解、損害賠償自体の金銭は含まれない ）及びこれらの遂行に必要な調査のための経費の一部を助成し、取消や無効化に関する戦略の策定、体制の構築、進捗状況に応じた対策を継続的かつ強力に支援することによって、中小企業者等の自社ブランドによる国際展開を後押しし、東京の産業を牽引する企業を創出することを目的とします。 ■申込資格 東京都内の中小企業者（会社及び個人事業者）、中小企業団体、一般社団・財団法人（1年度1社1案件に限る） ※助成事業申請日以前に、助成事業申請内容に関する知財相談を受けていること ■助成内容 〇助成対象期間 令和8年4月1日から令和10年12月31日まで（2年9か月） 〇助成率 1/2以内 〇 助成限度額 500万円 〇 助成対象経費 ・情報収集関連費用 ・ 情報提供関連費用 ・異議申立、不使用取消審判、無効審判関連費用 ・行政訴訟関連費用 ■申請受付期間 随時（最終受付期限：令和8年12月1日（火）17時まで） ■受付方法 本助成金の申請には、 jGrantsでの交付申請 と 申請書類の提出 の両方の手続きが必要です。 ※両 方の手続 きを申請受付期間内に完了できない場合、申請を正式に受理することができませんのでご注意ください。 ■問合せ先 東京都知的財産総合センター 東京都台東区台東1-3-5 反町商事ビル1階 TEL：[phone removed] E-mail：[email removed] ■参照URL https://www.tokyo-kosha.or.jp/chizai/josei/syouhyoutaisaku/[E4]
