Predmetom zákazky je bezhotovostný nákup pohonných hmôt – benzín bezolovnatý automobilový podľa normy STN EN 228, nafta motorová podľa normy STN EN 590 (ďalej len „PHM“) a doplnkových tovarov – kvapaliny pre zníženie emisií AdBlue a kvapaliny do ostrekovačov, dodávaných na princípe akceptácie palivovej karty ako prostriedku bezhotovostnej úhrady za odobraté PHM a kvapaliny na/vo všetkých čerpacích staniciach/výdajných miestach uchádzača/predávajúceho a jeho zmluvných partnerov, vrátane vystavenia a dodania palivových kariet, zúčtovania dodaných PHM a kvapalín, poskytovania súvisiacich služieb spojených s ich dodávkou.
