APPEL A MANIFESTATION D'INTERETS N 006- 26 AMI/DGS/FSR-COMP3/ IDA RECRUTEMENT D'un cabinet pour la conception, LE DEVELOPPEMENT ET L'ACCOMPAGNEMENT DU système D'INFORMATION DU REGISTRE SOCIAL UNIQUE - MIS RSU La République de Madagascar a reçu un Crédit de l'Association Internationale pour le Développement pour financer le Projet de Filets Sociaux de Résilience - Projet de Filets de Sécurité et de Résilience (PFSR), et le Ministère de la Population et des Solidarités (MPS) a l'intention d'utiliser une partie du montant du Crédit pour effectuer les paiements au titre des prestations décrites en (2) ci-après : Les prestations du cabinet consistent à mettre à disposition du Ministère de la Population et des Solidarités (MPS) une plateforme nationale fiable, performante, inclusive et évolutive permettant de gérer le cycle de vie des données du Registre Social Unique (RSU) et de fournir des services sécurisés aux utilisateurs et aux institutions habilités. Le MPS invite les candidats admissibles à manifester leur intérêt et fournir les informations démontrant qu'ils possèdent les qualifications requises et des expériences pertinentes pour l'exécution des prestations. QUALIFICATIONS MINIMALES REQUISES Le cabinet doit être un cabinet légalement constitué avec au moins : DIX (10) ans d'expérience avérée dans la conception, le développement et le déploiement de système d'information. TROIS (03) missions similaires achevées au cours des SEPT (07) dernières années dans les domaines de la conception, le développement, l'…[E4]
