Le code du bien-être au travail indique dans son livre IX, titre 3, chapitre III « Vêtements de travail - Conditions d'utilisation » que l'Employeur est tenu de fournir sans frais un vêtement de travail aux travailleurs, l'Employeur assure ou fait assurer, à ses frais, le nettoyage, la réparation, l'entretien ainsi que le renouvellement en temps utiles des vêtements de travail. Le marché est divisé en lots comme suit : Lot 1 “ location, l’entretien et la réparation de vêtements de travail pour les ouvriers et les auxiliaires professionnelles ”: Lot 2 “Vêtements de type "Courants”: Lot 3 “Achats de vêtements spécifiques”: La description ci-dessus est indicative et non exhaustive. Le détail précis des prestations par lot figure dans les clauses techniques et les métrés récapitulatifs annexés au présent Cahier Spécial des Charges[E7]
