Em que pese o valor estimado da contratação ser inferior ao limite de R$ 80.000,00 (oitenta mil reais), conforme valores apresentados no item 5 da presente nota, o certame não será realizado com exclusividade de participação para microempresas e empresas de pequeno porte, na forma da Lei Complementar 123/2006 e do Decreto 8.538/2015, em razão da contratação em apreço se enquadrar na exceção prevista no art. 49, inciso III, da Lei nº 123/2006, isto é, o tratamento exclusivo para as microempresas e empresas de pequeno porte não é vantajoso para a Conab, uma vez que as empresas do setor, de maior expressão no mercado, não se enquadram no quesito de ME/EPP.[E4]
