There is a recognised need to create opportunities that strengthen relationships, encourage reflection and support people to feel valued, heard and empowered. We wish to invest in values-based leadership experiences that support both staff teams and young people to connect with their values, recognise the strengths and experiences they each bring and build trust, confidence and resilience through shared learning experiences.[E6]
