Deze Offerteaanvraag betreft de Europese openbare Aanbesteding Sanitaire voorzieningen waarop de meest recente versie van de Aanbestedingswet 2012 (Aw-2012) van toepassing is. De aanbesteding heeft betrekking op het leveren, beheren, onderhouden en vervangen van sanitaire voorzieningen ten behoeve van Stichting Samen Ambitieus Rotterdams Onderwijs (SARO), hierna tenoemen de Aanbestedende dienst of Opdrachtgever. De geraamde waarde van deze opdracht bedraagt circa € 3 miljoen exclusief btw, inclusief de maximale looptijd van de overeenkomst en alle verlengingsopties. Deze raming is gebaseerd op historische uitgaven van SARO, de huidige omvang van de organisatie, de verwachte gefaseerde instroom van locaties en de uitgangspunten van deze aanbesteding. De raming is indicatief en kan tot ±30% afwijken als gevolg van wijzigingen in locaties, leerling- en medewerkers aantallen, gebruiksintensiteit of andere relevante omstandigheden. Aan deze raming kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.[E7]
