About the requirement

Mit dem Vorhaben «LEUnet4» sollen die Netzwerk-Services aus dem Jahr 2015 erfolgten Beschaffung (LEUnet2) den sich verändernden Bedürfnissen, den technologischen Weiterentwicklungen und den aktuellen Sicherheitsanforderungen angepasst werden und die heutigen LEUnet2 Services ablösen. Im Rahmen der Umsetzung der kantonalen IKT-Strategie und der damit einhergehenden Zentralisierung von IKT-Diensten in den beiden eigenen Rechenzentren des Kantons, müssen mit LEUnet4 alle betriebskritischen Netzwerk-Services bzw. Service-Komponenten zwingend in den Rechenzentren des Kantons installiert und dort betrieben werden. Um die Anforderung nach flexibler Nutzung des LEUnet durch die verschiedenen Benutzergruppen effizient und skalierbar abbilden zu können, sind die einzelnen funktionalen Dienste von LEUnet (in der Folge als „Services“ bezeichnet) in verschiedene Service-Module und diese wiederum in Lose gruppiert. Je nach Bedarf der Benutzer-Gruppen können Services einzeln bezogen werden.[E6]
