L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le Département de la Savoie a déployé, entre novembre 2025 et avril 2026, un premier cycle de formation de sensibilisation à l'IA générative à destination de ses 230 cadres, soit 15 sessions d'une demi-journée. Ce cycle poursuivait trois objectifs : comprendre les fondamentaux de l'IA et le fonctionnement de l'IA générative, acquérir les bases de la formulation de requêtes (prompts), et identifier des cas d'usage métiers. Le bilan de ce premier cycle (213 réponses recueillies) fait apparaître un niveau de satisfaction élevé (note moyenne de recommandation de 8,6/10, 47,5 % de promoteurs) et un gain pédagogique mesuré avant/après de +1,07 point sur 5 en moyenne sur six compétences évaluées. La présente consultation s'inscrit dans la continuité directe de ce premier cycle : le lot n° 1 Formation de sensibilisation aux outils d'IA générative ; le lot n° 2 Formation à la maîtrise de l'art du prompting[E6]
