Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje m.in.: 1) remont elewacji frontowej, 2) ocieplenie elewacji podwórzowej, 3) ocieplenie stropu strychowego, 4) ocieplenie stropu piwnicznego, 5) wymianę stolarki okiennej, 6) remont piwnicy, 7) wykonanie izolacji przeciwwilgociowej ścian fundamentowych, 8) remont dachu i ocieplenie stropodachu, 9) wykonanie opaski z płyt betonowych przy budynku, 10) roboty budowlane w lokalu użytkowym, 11) wykonanie oświetlenia piwnicy i strychu, 12) wykonanie, dostarczenie i montaż „tablicy informacyjnej dla mieszkańców" – w terminie 7 dni od dnia przejęcia placu budowy od Zamawiającego, zgodnie z instrukcją dla Wykonawców „Zasady oznakowania inwestycji w zakresie informacji dla mieszkańców”, 13) zaprojektowanie, wykonanie, dostarczenie i montaż "tablicy informacyjnej dotyczącej uzyskanej premii" w terminie do 14 dni od dnia przekazania terenu budowy, zgodnie z „WYMAGANIAMI TECHNICZNYMI DOTYCZĄCYMI TABLIC INFORMACYJNYCH”.[E7]
