現実的なCN（カーボンニュートラル）に向けた取組を推進することを通じて、産業競争力強化を支援する 目的: 新たな事業を行いたい 対象: 従業員数の制約なし ■概要 本来は、補助金交付決定通知後でないと、補助対象となる経費の発注（発注先への内示も発注行為とみなす）、支出等はできない。審査の結果、採択が決定されると、事務局から採択者に対し、「採択通知書」が発出され、その後、交付規程に基づき採択者が提出する交付申請書の内容を事務局が厳正に審査した上で、補助金の交付（支払い）対象としての事業の実施を正式に認める「補助金交付決定通知書」が発出される。 また、事前着手の申請を行う場合は、以下の点について十分に注意すること。 「事前着手開始日として認める日」は、事前着手受理通知の発行日以降の日となる。これより前に実施した発注・契約・支出等に係る経費は補助対象とならない。 事前着手受理通知を受けた場合でも、補助金のルールに従った発注等の手続きが行われていない場合は補助対象経費とならない。詳しくは、別紙「補助金ルールの基礎説明について」を確認すること。 事前着手の届出や受理は、補助金の採択や交付決定を約束するものではない。 “事前着手届出の受付期間 ” に定める受付期間以降の届出は一切受け付けない。 ■事前着手の受付期間 令和8年10月22日（木）～令和8年 11 月 27 日（ 金 ）正午まで ※上記期間中にJグランツにて届出を実施・完了してください。 ■届出方法・提出先 届出される方は、上記期間に補助金申請システム「Jグランツ」の事前着手届出画面上から必要項目を直接入力し、届出してください。 ■事前着手の受理の通知等 事前着手は、事務局が当該届出の内容から交付決定前に着手する緊急性·必要性があると判断した場合、受理する。事前着手の受理後、事務局から結果を速やかに通知する。 事前着手が受理された場合でも、採択審査の結果、採択されなかった場合は、本補助金の交付を受けることはできない。また、事前着手受理通知に記載の「事前着手開始日として認 める日」より前に実施した発注(発注先への内示も発注行為とみなす。)、購入、契約等に係る経費は補助対象外となる。 事前着手届出が受理されなかった場合、交付決定日よりも前に発注、購入、契約等を実施したものの経費は補助対象外となる。 ■備考 申請は補助金申請システム「Jグランツ」を利用した電子申請となります。利用には「GビズIDプライム」の取得が必要です。 応募の受付期間は、 令和8年10月22日（木）～令和8年11月27日（金）正午まで (必着)です。 補助対象経費は原則「交付決定後」に発注·契約等を行ったものに限られますが、必要性・緊急性が認められ「事前着手届出」が受理された場合は特例が認められる場合があります 審査内容や対象経費の詳細、その他の重要な遵守事項については、別途公開している「公募要領(PDF)」を必ずご確認ください。 ■問合せ先 申請にあたってのお問い合わせについては、 こちら で受け付けています。 受付時間：平日 ■参照URL https://hta2026.jp[E4]
