Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określa formularz cenowy, dla każdej z 6 części, stanowiący załącznik do SWZ. Wzory Formularzy cenowych, do każdej części odrębnie, są przygotowane jako jeden załącznik w pliku Excel. Składając ofertę należy wypełnić Formularz cenowy, adekwatnie do części, na którą składana jest oferta (pozostałe - zbędne - formularze cenowe można usunąć lub pozostawić niewypełnione). Zaleca się aby Wykonawca dołączył do oferty Formularz cenowy, adekwatnie do części na którą składa ofertę, oprócz formatu nieedytowalnego, również format edytowalny (.xls).[E8]
