Le marché consiste en une prestation de services de distribution et d’entretien de conteneurs à déchets individuels et collectifs, répartie en 3 missions : - Mission 1 : Distribution de conteneurs individuels pour les ménages et de conteneurs de 1.100 litres pour les institutions publiques (administrations communales, écoles,…) ; - Mission 2 : Gestion et entretien du parc de conteneurs individuels existants et à venir ; - Mission 3 : Gestion et entretien du parc de conteneurs collectifs existants et à venir y inclus la gestion et le suivi des badges d’accès ; Option exigée : Mise à disposition d’un logiciel de gestion des conteneurs à puce, sous forme d’une location (SaaS : Software as a Service). L’hébergement du logiciel se fera dans le cloud, et le pouvoir adjudicateur reste propriétaire de l’environnement d’hébergement La durée du marché est de 4 ans.[E7]
