About the requirement

From the notice

Leveren en plaatsen van een plateau- en bestekvaatwasser + toebehoren, voor in de distributiekeuken. Samen met deze bandvaatwasmachine dienen ook onderstaande toebehoren vernieuwd te worden: - bijhorende transportbanden: transportband met rondriemen en tapijttransportband - magnetische bestekafnemer - automatische dienbladenlader en automatische dienbladenontlader Alle onderdelen moeten technisch volledig compatibel zijn en moeten naadloos op mekaar afgestemd worden. De transportband met rondriemen bestaat uit twee delen. Het eerste deel is vernieuwd in 2021 en zal behouden blijven. Het tweede deel dateert van 2012 (zoals de huidige vaatwasinstallatie) en dient vervangen te worden. Beide delen zullen opnieuw als één geïntegreerd transportsysteem moeten functioneren. De magnetische bestekafnemer, de transportband met rondriemen, de automatische dienbladenlader en de automatische dienbladenontlader moeten als één geïntegreerd systeem functioneren. De volledige installatie dient een continue en volledig automatische verwerking van dienbladen en bestek mogelijk te maken, zonder manuele tussenkomst en zonder opstoppingen of onderbrekingen van de vaatwasmachine. Daarnaast dient de uitgang van het bestekspoor op een slijtvaste manier gekoppeld te worden aan de bestaande bestekinpakmachine waarbij een vlotte doorstroming van het bestek gegarandeerd is. Bovendien moet de huidige installatie ook afgebroken en afgevoerd worden.[E6]
