Предметът на обществената поръчка включва периодична доставка на хранителни продукти за нуждите на „Ученическо хранене“ ЕООД – гр. Кърджали за срок от 24 месеца по четири обособени позиции, както следва: Обособена позиция № 1 „Трайни хранителни продукти, консервирани плодове и зеленчуци и яйца“: доставка на трайни хранителни продукти, консервирани плодове и зеленчуци и яйца. Обособена позиция № 3 „Месо, месни продукти и риба“: доставка на месо, месни продукти и риба. Обособена позиция № 5 „Мляко и млечни продукти“: доставка на мляко и млечни продукти. Обособена позиция № 6 „Биологични хранителни продукти“: доставка на биологични хранителни продукти, произведени и етикетирани съгласно Регламент (ЕС) 2018/848, съгласно чл. 47а ЗОП и Наредба № Н-1 от 23.07.2024 г. Обособени позиции № 2 „Хляб и брашно“ и № 4 „Пресни плодове и зеленчуци“ се възлагат отделно на основание чл. 21, ал. 6 ЗОП и не са предмет на настоящата процедура. Видовете, прогнозните количества, мерните единици, разфасовките, минималните качествени и технически изисквания, изискванията за безопасност, произход, състав, опаковка, етикетиране, остатъчен срок на годност, транспорт, съхранение и приемане на продуктите са определени в техническата спецификация. Прогнозните количества са ориентировъчни за целите на оценяването на офертите и определянето на стойността на договора и не представляват минимално гарантирани количества.
