災害時にも対応可能な停電対応型の天然ガス利用設備の導入・更新を補助する事業です。 目的: 災害（自然災害、感染症等）支援がほしい / 安全・防災対策支援がほしい / 設備整備・IT導入をしたい 対象: 従業員数の制約なし 補助率: 補助対象経費の１／３以内 ■目的・概要 災害時の電力供給停止にも対応可能な停電対応型のコージェネレーションシステムや停電対応型のガスヒートポンプエアコンを導入する事業者に対し補助金を交付することにより、災 害時におけるエネルギー供給の強靱性向上を図ることを目的とします。 ■交付対象要件 次に掲げる要件のいずれにも適合すること。 （１）事業を営む法人を対象とする （２）天然ガスを主原料とするガスを中圧導管または耐震性を向上させた低圧導管により供給を受けること （３）天然ガスを主原料とするガスを燃料とした設備を導入して使用すること （４）対象とする設備は次の（ア）及び（イ）とし、（ウ）を合わせて設置すること （ア）停電対応可能なガスコージェネレーションシステム （イ）停電対応可能なガスヒートポンプエアコン （ウ）運転状況を確認するために必要な専用の計測装置 （５）以下（ア）（イ）のいずれかの建物に設置されること ただし、いずれの場合にも、補助対象設備は建物と同一敷地内に設置し、補助対象設備が 災害時に寄与する屋内空間の床面積を明確にすること （ア）公共性の高い建物 a. 国や地方公共団体が定める防災計画において指定される建物 b. 国や地方公共団体、社会福祉法人、医療法人及び学校法人が所有及び運営する建物 （イ）災害時に避難所等として活用され、避難所としての機能が高い以下の建物 a. 避難所、避難場所（屋内） b. 協定による避難場所（屋外）に併設された建物 c. 帰宅困難者受入建物 d. 災害時帰宅支援ステーション e. 一斉帰宅抑制事業者の建物 f. 協定による物資提供を住民等に行う建物 上記 a～f については、以下 ①②③ を全て満たすこと ①地方公共団体との協定、又は協定に準じる取組みがある（見込みを含む） ②補助対象設備が停電対応CGSの場合、単機発電能力25kW以上の機器を設置すること 補助対象設備が停電対応GHPのみの場合、室外機2台以上かつ冷房能力合計112kW以上の 機器を設置すること ③系統電力の停電時には、補助対象設備から空調・照明・電気コンセントの３つのうち、 ２つ以上を避難スペースに供給できること （ウ）その他審査委員会が認めた建物 交付対象要件等の詳細は、公募説明資料をご参照ください。 交付規程、公募説明資料および申請様式は、 都市ガス振興センターホームページ に掲載していますので、ご確認ください。 ■補助金上限額 ◎停電対応CGSの場合 ・中圧ガス供給：240,000,000円 ・低圧ガス供給： 60,000,000円 ◎停電対応GHPの場合 66,000,000円 ■公募期間 令和８年９月２５日（金）～予算終了まで ※ 予算額に達した時点で締め切ります。 ■公募説明 都市ガス振興センターホームページ にて公募説明動画を公開しております。 ■お問合せ先 一般社団法人 都市ガス振興センター ☎ [phone removed][E4]
