Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Bereitstellung und Verlängerung von Subskriptionslizenzen für die beim Auftraggeber betriebene Virtual-Desktop-Infrastruktur auf Basis von Omnissa Horizon einschließlich des zugehörigen Herstellersupports sowie ergänzender, abrufbarer Supportleistungen des Auftragnehmers. Es handelt sich um ein reines Lizenz- und Verlängerungsgeschäft nebst Wartung und on-Demand-Supportleistungen. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst im Einzelnen: - Bereitstellung und Verlängerung der Subskriptionslizenzen im Umfang von 2.500 gleichzeitigen Sitzungen (1 Core-Paket und 345 Add-on-Pakete), davon 1.500 gleichzeitige Sitzungen für den produktiven VDI-Betrieb und 2.000 gleichzeitige Sitzungen für die Notfall- und Ausweichumgebung; - Nachweis der Registrierung der Lizenzen beim Hersteller; - Herstellersupport und Wartung für die Laufzeit der Subskription, mindestens im Support-Level „Production Support" des Herstellers mit einer Erreichbarkeit von 24 Stunden an 7 Tagen der Woche für kritische Störungen (Severity 1); - ein abrufbares Supportkontingent des Auftragnehmers in Personentagen im Umfang von maximal 15 Personentagen für den Leistungszeitraum, abrufbar nach Bedarf ohne Abnahmeverpflichtung des Auftraggebers, für qualifizierte technische Unterstützung bei Störungsbeseitigung, Eskalationsmanagement, Versionswechseln, Sicherheitsupdates, Konfigurationsänderungen sowie Performance- und Kapazitätsanalysen der VDI-Plattform; - Berichtswesen und Lizenzbilanz.
