Grad Zagreb putem Gradskog ureda za izgradnju, prostorno uređenje, graditeljstvo i obnovu provodi aktivnosti vezane uz opremanje nove zgrade Gradske knjižnice Zagreb na lokaciji Paromlin. Grupa 1 - pokretni arhivski regali Grupa 2 - specijalna knjižničarska oprema Grupa 3 - regali CPV oznaka i naziv: 39155100-4 Grad Zagreb putem Gradskog ureda za izgradnju, prostorno uređenje, graditeljstvo i obnovu provodi aktivnosti vezane uz opremanje nove zgrade Gradske knjižnice Zagreb na lokaciji Paromlin. Sukladno glavnom projektu ukupna brutto površina zgrade iznosi oko 36.000 m2, a projekt obuhvaća 3 cjeline: rekonstrukciju postojećih građevina industrijskog kompleksa Paromlina (zgrade transmisije, skladišta brašna i silosa) koje predstavljaju kulturno dobro, faksimilnu rekonstrukciju zgrade mlina, te izgradnju nove građevine. Predviđeni sadržaji građevine organizirani su u 3 podzemne i 3 nadzemne etaže novog dijela građevine, te 5 nadzemnih novoplaniranih etaža tzv. ''Faksimila'', 6 nadzemnih etaža zgrade ''Transmisije'' i ''Silosa'' i 5 nadzemnih etaža ''Skladišta brašna''. Nova zgrada Gradske knjižnice sadrži prostore namijenjene javnosti, uredske prostore i prostore spremišta knjiga, servisne prostore, te garažu s tehničkim prostorima. Prostori namijenjeni javnosti, između ostalog, obuhvaćaju dvorane za razna događanja, multimedijalnu i konferencijsku dvoranu, prostore Odjela za djecu i mlade s medijatekom, prostore Informativno-posudbenog odjela za odrasle, prostore Glazbenog odjela, te prostore Zbirki Gradske knjižnice.
