З метою постійного забезпечення Замовника пальним, в зв’язку із тим, що структурні підрозділи Замовника розміщені на території всієї Рівненської області, а Замовник цілодобово надає екстрену медичну допомогу населенню всієї Рівненської області та здійснює перевезення пацієнтів по території України, та в зв’язку із військовою агресією російської федерації проти України та дією воєнного стану на території України, безперебійність забезпечення пальним автомобілів екстреної (швидкої) медичної допомоги є вкрай важливою. Постачальник повинен мати розширену мережу АЗС - в населених пунктах, де розташовані структурні підрозділи Замовника (м.Рівне, м.Березне, смт.Гоща, м.Здолбунів, м.Корець, м.Острог, смт.Клевань, м.Костопіль, м.Сарни, смт. Володимирець, смт.Зарічне, смт.Рокитне, м.Вараш, м.Дубно, смт.Демидівка, смт.Млинів, м.Радивилів) та на автодорогах, що з’єднують м.Рівне -м.Львів, м.Рівне - м.Київ, м.Київ - м.Одеса, м.Київ - м.Дніпро. Товар обов’язково повинен відповідати умовам Специфікації згідно із вимогами закупівлі. Країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.[E5]
