From the notice

Provision of a community-based mental health support service for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. The service will provide culturally appropriate wellbeing support, advocacy, signposting, early intervention and recovery-focused support to improve mental health outcomes and reduce health inequalities. Initial contract term of 2.5 years from 1st April 2027 to 30th September 2029, with the option to extend for up to two further periods of 12 months each. at the health boards discretion until 30th September 2031.[E6]
