A Nemzeti Média- és Hírközlési Hatóság részére flotta kötelező gépjármű-felelősségbiztosítási szolgáltatás beszerzése (1. rész) és CASCO biztosítási szolgáltatás beszerzése (2. rész) 1. rész:kötelező gépjármű-felelősségbiztosítási szolgáltatás beszerzése: a Műszaki Specifikációban meghatározottak szerinti KGFB biztosításra vonatkozó szerződés megkötése 2027. évre az NMHH aktív gépjárműállományát tekintve 143 darab gépjárműre + 2 db utánfutóra, azzal, hogy az NMHH aktív gépjármű állományához viszonyítva 10%-os opció keretében gépjárműveket vonhat be a szerződés tárgyi hatálya alá. A Biztosító azokra a gépjárművekre vállal kockázatot, melyeket a Biztosított a biztosítási védelem alá rendel. 2. rész: a Műszaki Specifikációban meghatározottak szerinti Casco biztosításra vonatkozó szerződés megkötése 2027. évre az NMHH aktív gépjárműállományát tekintve 143 darab gépjárműre, azzal, hogy az NMHH aktív gépjármű állományához viszonyítva 10%-os opció keretében gépjárműveket vonhat be a szerződés tárgyi hatálya alá. A Biztosító azokra a gépjárművekre vállal kockázatot, melyeket a Biztosított a biztosítási védelem alá rendel.[E7]
