Titre : Services d'experts-conseils en environment au Nunavut English Title: CR26SL01, Environmental Consultant Services for contaminated sites, environmental compliance and DSS/Hazmat in Nunavut. English Description: Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from engineering consulting firms to establish a Source List (SL) in support of the Department of National Defence (DND) requirements to provide "as and when required" the following professional services at various locations in Nunavut: Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), Monitoring and Remediation projects, including all stages of the Federal Approach to Contaminated Sites and/or DND's Contaminated Site Remediation Framework. Natural Resources Consultant Services Infrastructure-related environmental compliance monitoring, audits, and inspections, and providing advice, including Class D estimates and conceptual designs, on infrastructure-related environmental management issues (in accordance with pertinent regulations and/or guidelines) in support of DND Operations. Designated Substance Surveys (DSS) and Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) Assessment Specialties Services. (i.e. Archaeological Assessments) This procurement is subject to the Agreement Between the Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada (the Nunavut Agreement), and the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat's Directive on Government Contracts (including real property leases) in the Nunavut Settlement Area.
