地域貢献等の要件を満たす事業の廃熱を高効率で熱回収する設備（熱や電気等を施設外でも確実に利用すること）及び廃棄物から燃料を製造する設備（燃料が地域内産業で確実に使用されること）の費用の一部を補助します。 目的: 新たな事業を行いたい / 設備整備・IT導入をしたい 対象: 従業員数の制約なし 補助率: 補助率・補助額については補助金のサマリーページをご参照ください。 ■目的・概要 廃棄物エネルギーを利活用した地域共生・地域循環、社会全体での脱炭素化につなげるため、再生利用が困難な廃棄物からの熱回収等によりエネルギーを創出・活用し、かつ、災害廃棄物受入等による地元自治体との協力体制の構築等を行う事業を支援することにより、CO2排出削減に加え廃棄物処理施設を自立分散型エネルギー源とし、創出したエネルギーの地域内での利活用を促すとともに、地域・くらしの安全・安心、防災力の向上を目指します。 ■根拠法令 なし ■応募資格 一般廃棄物処理業又は産業廃棄物処理業を行う事業者（一般廃棄物処理業又は産業廃棄物処理業を行う事業者に貸し渡しを行う、貸渡し（リース）を業とする者を含む。）であって、次の各号に掲げる者とする。 ア 民間企業 イ 一般社団法人・一般財団法人及び公益社団法人・公益財団法人 ウ その他、大臣の承認を得て財団が適当と認める者 ■補助対象要件 １．廃棄物高効率熱回収事業 廃棄物処理に伴う廃熱を有効利用する施設の設備設置・改良を行う事業※１ （熱や電気等を施設外でも確実に利用すること） ※１ 燃焼ガス冷却設備、発電設備、熱供給設備 上記の設備と一体不可分である受発配電設備、ガス、水道等の設備 ２．廃棄物燃料製造事業 廃棄物燃料製造施設（固形燃料化・油化・メタン化・ＲＰＦ化等）の設備設置・改良を行う事業※２ ※２ 破砕設備、選別・分級設備、成形設備（ＲＰＦ 製造設備の場合） 上記の設備と一体不可分である電気、ガス、水道等の設備 ■事業形態： （間接補助） ■補助率・補助額 ： 廃棄物高効率熱回収事業 補助 率1／3（上限1.5億円 但し、発電能力2MW以上は3億円、5MW以上は5億円） 廃棄物燃料製造事業 補助率1／3（上限1億円 但し、高度化設備導入の場合は1.5億円） ■実施期間： 令和7年度～令和11年度 ■地理条件 日本国内の事業所等において設備を設置する事業に限る。 ■備考 ・応募申請にはGビズIDが必要です。 ・応募要領をよくお読みの上、申請を行ってください。 ■問合せ先 公益財団法人廃棄物・３Ｒ研究財団 〒１３０－００２６ 東京都墨田区両国３－２５－５ ＪＥＩ両国ビル８階 担当：小口、上島、三宅、小田切 TEL：０３－６６５９－６４２４ FAX：０３－６６５９－６４２５ E-mail：r.koudoka-3＠jwrf.or.jp ■参照URL [phone removed].pdf[E4]
