Het gebouw De Brug gaat het nieuwe Maritiem Operationeel Centrum van de Admiraal Benelux (hierna MOC ABNL) huisvesten, het operationele hart van het Commando Zeestrijdkrachten en de Admiraal Benelux. De huidige inrichting van De Brug is sterk gedateerd en functioneert niet optimaal, het gebouw dient daarom in zijn geheel gemoderniseerd te worden. Via de geïntegreerde contractvorm UAV-GC wordt het ontwerp en de realisatie in de markt gezet. Het gebouw bestaat uit 5 verdiepingen (incl. begane grond) met een bruto vloer oppervlak van circa 5000m2 BVO. Optioneel wordt er nog een extra verdieping bovenop het huidige gebouw geplaatst met een oppervlakte van circa 300m2 BVO.[E9]
