Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist ein Werkvertrag für die Ausführung von Straßen- und Parkflächenreinigung sowie Winterdienst. Leistungsbeginn ist der 01.01.2027. Die reguläre Vertragslaufzeit beträgt 2 Jahre. Der Auftraggeber hat die Option, den Vertrag zunächst um 1 Jahr und im Anschluss daran um 1 weiteres Jahr zu verlängern (maximale Gesamtlaufzeit 4 Jahre). Die jeweilige Verlängerungsoption wird wirksam, wenn der Auftraggeber sie spätestens 3 Monate vor Ablauf der aktuellen Vertragslaufzeit in Textform gegenüber dem Auftragnehmer ausübt.[E8]
