1. Przedmiot zamówienia stanowią roboty budowlano-konserwatorskie zamku w Kwidzynie zlokalizowanego przy ul. Katedralna 1, 82-500 Kwidzyn w obrębie działek ew. nr 19/1, 16/2, 17/2, 18/2, 18/3, 39, 40 obręb 0010. 2. Szczegółowy zakres oraz sposób wykonania robót budowlano-konserwatorskich określają: 1) dokumentacja projektowa (projekty budowlane, projekty wykonawcze, projekty techniczne, dokumentacja geotechniczna, program prac konserwatorskich) autorstwa mgr. inż. arch. Bartosza Szubskiego, mgr. inż. arch. Dariusza Naruszewicza, mgr. inż. arch. Łukasza Dymura pn. Remont i adaptacja zamku w Kwidzynie na potrzeby działalności Muzeum Zamkowego w Malborku. 2) specyfikacje techniczne wykonania i odbioru robót [zwane dalej STWiOR], 2023 r. tj. a) branży budowlanej, b) branży elektrycznej i teletechnicznej, c) branży sanitarnej, 3) przedmiary robót tj. a) branży budowlanej, b) branży elektrycznej i teletechnicznej, c) branży sanitarnej, 4) program prac konserwatorskich autorstwa P. Głuszko i M. Rogalewskiej, 2023 rok, 5) wymagane prawem pozwolenia i uzgodnienia, - stanowiące załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, 6) Doszczegółowienie Opisu Przedmiotu Zamówienia [zwane dalej Doszczegółowieniem OPZ) wraz z załącznikami – stanowiący załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 3.
