Sistema de Registro de Preços – SRP para eventual aquisição parcelada de massa asfáltica, especificamente dos tipos Concreto Betuminoso Usinado a Quente (C.B.U.Q.) e Concreto Betuminoso Usinado a Quente para Aplicação a Frio (C.B.U.Q. Frio). O insumo destina-se a suprir as demandas operacionais contínuas da Secretaria Municipal de Infraestrutura – SEINFRA Diferença técnica entre os itens. O Item 02 é o mesmo concreto betuminoso usinado a quente do Item 01 (idêntica mistura densa, faixa “C”, ligante CAP e dosagem Marshall). Distingue-se dele exclusivamente pela incorporação de aditivo/polímero retardador de cura, que retarda o enrijecimento e a cura do ligante asfáltico (CAP) e confere ao material estocabilidade e trabalhabilidade para aplicação a frio, sem aquecimento prévio no ponto de uso. Não se trata, portanto, de produto de família técnica diversa, mas de mistura densa aditivada para prontidão logística.[E4]
