Toruńskiej (W2-W6); - Wykonanie odcinka sieci wodociągowej o średnicy DN150 (żeliwo) lub PE180x10,7 o długości ok. 39,76 m w ul. Swarzędzkiej (W9-W15); - Wykonanie odcinków sieci wodociągowej o średnicy DN150 (żeliwo) lub PE180x10,7 o długości ok. 2,88 m w ul. Warszawskiej (W19-W20), (W16-W17); - Montaż nowych oraz przepięcie istniejących hydrantów DN80 w ciągu ul. Warszawskiej; - Wykonanie wymian/przepięć przyłączy wodociągowych fi 32-63 mm PE - szt. 38; - Przełączenie istniejących sieci DN150 w ul. Swarzędzkiej, Kostrzyńskiej i Słupeckiej do istniejącej sieci DN250 z rur żeliwnych w ul. Warszawskiej; - Unieczynnienie sieci wodociągowej oraz przyłączy; - Wykonanie robót drogowych w zakresie rozbiórki i odtworzenia nawierzchni.
