Ruotsinkieliset varhaiskasvatus- ja esiopetuspalvelut 2027-2030 (+2)[E14]

Hankinnan kohteena on lasten varhaiskasvatuksesta annetun lain mukaisten lasten ruotsinkielisten varhaiskasvatus- ja esiopetuspalveluiden järjestäminen Keravan kaupungille ajalla 1.8.2027-31.7.2030. Hankintaan sisältyy yksi (1) kahden (2) vuoden optiokausi ajalle 1.8.2030-31.7.2032. Järjestettävän palvelun tarve syksyllä 2027 on 30 laskennallista ruotsinkielistä varhaiskasvatuspaikkaa sisältäen sekä ruotsinkielisten lasten varhaiskasvatuksen ja esiopetuksen. Tilaaja antaa tiedon alustavista paikoista palveluntuottajalle 30.4. mennessä kirjallisesti. Määrä voi vaihtua toimintakausittain. Paikkoja ostetaan vuosittain tarpeen mukaisesti. Sopimus ei sisällä paikkojen vähimmäisostovelvollisuutta. Palvelua tulee tuottaa arkipäivisin klo 06:00-18:00 välisenä aikana. Palvelua järjestetään sopimuskauden alkaessa tilaajan osoittamissa tiloissa osoitteessa Taimikatu 6, 04260, Kerava. Palvelun järjestäminen mahdollisesti siirtyy sopimuskauden aikana järjestettäväksi tilaajan osoittamiin uusiin tiloihin tai väistötiloihin. Palveluntuottaja on velvollinen järjestämään palvelun tilaajan osoittamissa uusissa tiloissa tai väistötiloissa tilaajan määrittämänä ajankohtana. Asiakkaat ohjataan palvelun piiriin kunnallisen asiakasohjauksen kautta. Asiakkaan varhaiskasvatusmaksut määräytyvät samalla tavalla kuin kunnallisessa varhaiskasvatuksessa.
