Une procédure d’appel d’offres ouvert en application des dispositions mentionnées au 1° de l’article R. 2124-2 du Code de la Commande Publique et des articles R2161-2 à R2161-5 du Code de la Commande Publique. Il s’agit d’un accord-cadre mono attributaire exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande en application des dispositions des articles R2162-1 à R2162-6 et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique Il s’agit d’un marché reconductible (Article R2112-4 du Code de la Commande Publique) Le marché prend effet à la date de réception de sa notification par le titulaire pour une période initiale de 36 mois à compter du démarrage des prestations. Il pourra ensuite être reconduit par période de 12 mois par tacite reconduction de l’université sans que sa durée totale n’excède 48 mois. L’accord cadre ne comporte pas de seuil minimum mais comporte un seuil maximum : Part forfaitaire : 200 000 K €HT / AN Part unitaire : 300 000 K €HT / AN Eléments de volumétrie (données non contractuelles) : Valeur estimée Part forfaitaire : 75 000 €HT/AN Part unitaire : 100 000 €HT/AN Clause environnementale et Clause sociale (se reporter à l'article 7.4 du CCAP)[E8]
