Ruoveden kunta pyytää tarjousta omistamansa asuin- ja liikekiinteistö Säästökulman purku-urakasta tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Purkukohde sijaitsee osoitteessa Ruovedentie 36, 34600 Ruovesi. Urakka sisältää rakennuksen purkamisen kokonaisuudessaan, purkujätteen asianmukaisen lajittelun, käsittelyn ja poiskuljetuksen sekä purkamisen jälkeiset maanrakennus-, täyttö- ja maisemointityöt. Kohteen sisätiloissa suoritetaan parhaillaan erillinen asbestipurku ja siihen liittyvä siivous laittoman haitta-ainepurun seurauksena. Suoritettavien töiden yhteydessä sisätiloista poistetaan tiedossa olevat asbesti- ja haitta-ainepitoiset materiaalit. Rakennuksen perustuksissa, julkisivuissa sekä muissa rakenteissa saattaa kuitenkin edelleen esiintyä haitta-aineita sisältäviä materiaaleja. Näiden materiaalien purkaminen, käsittely, pakkaaminen, kuljetus ja asianmukainen toimittaminen hyväksyttyyn vastaanottopaikkaan sisältyvät purku-urakkaan urakka-asiakirjoissa esitetyssä laajuudessa sekä voimassa olevien viranomaismääräysten mukaisesti. Tilaajalla on samanaikaisesti tarjouslaskennassa sisällöltään lähes vastaava purku-urakka. Kyseinen kohde sijaitsee noin 50 metrin etäisyydellä tästä purkukohteesta, ja kohteiden väliin jää yksi kiinteistö. Purkutyöt voidaan toteuttaa joko samanaikaisesti tai peräkkäin urakoitsijan tuotantosuunnittelun mukaisesti. Tarjoajaa pyydetään huomioimaan kyseinen mahdollinen synergiaetu tarjouslaskennassaan. Kohteet kilpailutetaan ja tilataan kuitenkin erillisinä toisistaan riippumattomina urakoina. Kumpaankin kohteeseen valitaan erikseen urakoitsija tarjousp…[E6]
