GRACE rövid című, ATHU-0100135 azonosító számú, az INTERREG VI-A Ausztria-Magyarország Programban megvalósuló projekt keretében 6 ajánlati részben kutatási szolgáltatások megrendelése az 1. rész - Kaszálás optimalizálása mocsár- és láprétek esetében 2. rész - Nádasok genetikai variablitásának vizsgálata 3. rész - Nádasok természetvédelmi szempontú minősítése 4. rész - Nádasokra vonatkozó szakirodalom feldolgozása 5. rész - Legeltetés hatásainak vizsgálata szikes gyepeken 6. rész - Denevér állományok felmérése a Közbeszerzési Dokumentumok részét képző feladatleírás és a szerződés-tervezet szerint. A szerződés tárgya által indokolt vagy jogszabályban meghatározott esetek kivételével a műszaki leírás nem hivatkozhat meghatározott gyártmányú vagy eredetű dologra, illetve konkrét eljárásra, amely egy adott gazdasági szereplő termékeit vagy az általa nyújtott szolgáltatásokat jellemzi, vagy védjegyre, szabadalomra, tevékenységre, személyre, típusra vagy adott származásra vagy gyártási folyamatra, ha az egyes gazdasági szereplők vagy termékek előnyben részesítéséhez vagy kiszorításához vezetne. Az ilyen hivatkozás csak kivételes esetekben engedhető meg, ha nem lehetséges a szerződés tárgyának a 321/2015 (X.30) Korm. rendelet 46.§ (2) bekezdés szerinti, kellően pontos és érthető leírása.
