Predmetom zákazky je zabezpečenie združenej dodávky silovej elektrickej energie s prevzatím zodpovednosti za odchýlku, vrátane jej prepravy distribučnou sústavou a distribučných služieb, pre objekty (odberné miesta) organizácií ako aj komplexné služby spojené s bezpečnou, stabilnou a komplexnou dodávkou elektriny pre odberné miesta elektriny prevažne v budovách škôl a budovách administratívneho charakteru na obdobie 12 (dvanásť) mesiacov resp. na kratšie obdobie pre niektoré subjekty alebo organizačné zložky v zmysle súťažných podkladov. Celkové predpokladané množstvo tovaru za obdobie od 01.01.2027 do 31.12.2027 je 1 657,36 MWh. Zákazka sa obstaráva pre viacerých verejných obstarávateľov – mestský úrad, organizácie v zriaďovateľskej pôsobnosti a obchodné spoločnosti založené mestom Vranov nad Topľou, ktorých zoznam je uvedený v Prílohe č. 5 Zoznam odberných miest a technické parametre súťažných podkladov. Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky vrátane vypracovaných technických špecifikácií je uvedené v časti B.1 Opis predmetu zákazky.
