Autoritatea contractanta intentioneaza sa achizitioneze oxigen lichid medicinal si oxigen medicinal in tuburi sub presiune care fac parte din categoria medicamentelor cu o puritate de minim 99,5%.Facand parte din categoria medicamentelor va trebui sa detina avizul de punere pe piata eliberat de ANM. Livrarea se va face cu mijloace de transport criogenice care sa indeplineasca conditiile de circulatie pe drumurile publice si depozitarea se va face in stocatoare speciale prevazute cu instalatie de vaporizare pentru transformarea acestuia in oxigen gazos pentru oxigenul lichefiat si in tuburi sub presiune pentru oxigenul gazos. -Nr.zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a oferteloe /candidaturilor-18 -Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod consolidat,clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.[E7]
