Predmet nabave su usluge Upravljanja projektima Sanacija vodoopskrbnih cjevovoda u zoni izgradnje SJO Skrad i izgradnja sustava javne odvodnje Skrad te Izgradnja sustava javne odvodnje Mrkoplja i Sungera - I. faza i sanacija vodoopskrbnih cjevovoda u zoni izgradnje SJO Mrkopalj – I faza, prema projektnom zadatku ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Upravljanje projektom gradnje provodi se sukladno odredbama Zakona o gradnji („Narodne novine“, broj 155/25), Zakonu o poslovima i djelatnostima prostornog uređenja i gradnje („Narodne novine“, broj 78/15, 118/18, 110/19).[E8]
